Budapest, Hungary's enchanting capital city with over 1.7 million inhabitants, attracts visitors with its breathtaking Danube panorama and iconic landmarks such as the Parliament Building and the Fisherman's Bastion. The city's vibrant atmosphere, cultural richness and architectural wonders provide an enchanting backdrop for the Güntner Impact° Summit.
A short drive from Budapest leads to Tata, a charming town of around 25,000 inhabitants, embraced by nature and history.
This is also the place where the initial point of contact between Güntner and Hungary lies.
The relationship with Hungary began in the 1980s and culminated in a crucial meeting in 1989. This meeting between the management of Hans Güntner GmbH and the former commercial director of Tata Hűtőtechnika, István Schwarczenberger, paved the way for a significant merger in the spring of 1990.
The resulting Güntner-Tata company has not only stood the test of time, but has also grown to become the largest employer in Tata, with 1350 dedicated employees working on 46172 m². This success story is based on a long lasting foundation of trust and co-operation.
Hungary, with Güntner-Tata, has always been linked to the achievements of the company.
